For Nebula Product sold in the UNITED KINGDOM
The MECH5 VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase included at no additional cost. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the U.K. Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Claim:
If you suspect a defect with your MECH5 VCI, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your MECH5 VCI serial number, MECH5 account User Name (email address) and a full description of the issue you are having.
What happens next?
Subject to a review of your issue and further testing requests by Nebula to you, if we cannot resolve the issue, you may be requested to send your MECH5 VCI back to Nebula Systems for inspection. Subject to that inspection and the determination that the issue is a manufacturing defect or that the product does not conform with the original contract of sale, Nebula will either repair or replace the unit at no additional cost.
Postal / Carriage Charges for the return of the product to Nebula are at customers own expense.
