Q: I have tried the above steps, but it is still not working?
A: Please uninstall the MECH5 Xlink application and un-pair your VCI in Bluetooth settings. Un-plug the VCI from the vehicle.
Next, restart your device. Then, plug in your VCI again and pair your VCI in Bluetooth settings. After, install/configure the application again.
